Spending habit (hubby)
16:37:00It's almost or more a year kot the hubby told me, not to use the $5 note. Simpan. Even RM5 pun, tak boleh guna. He told me so, that's what I do, obey him. Tapi masa mula-mula dulu, haru I. You know why?
I went to Pasar, niat di hati mencari ketam. I found my crab. I pay them by $100. The crab costs me $15. So, the balance is, $100 - $15 = $85.
The seller gave me $85 all in $5 notes. Terkebil-kebil I dekat situ. Macam mana nak beli udang ni macam manaaaaa. Semua $5 notes. Hubby said, no matter what, don't use $5. Haaa, sekali, hambikkkkk. Semua notes $5 yang dapat. So, to buy prawns and whatsnot I have to use the other $100. Luckily I bring another $100 note. Andai kata if iols bawa duit $100 tu sekeping je, kita makan ketam je lah. Tak payah udang, mau mengamuk the kecik.
Balik rumah, all $85 ($5 notes) and couple more $5 from the second $100, terus I letak dalam tabung. Lepas tu I nak beli apa ntah lagi, can't recall what, so, I asked some more money with him.
: Sayanggggg, (ayat kena lembut), bak duit.
: Eh, bukan tadi dah bagi ke?
: Habis tu semua dapat balance $5, apa barang. Bak duit.
Haha.
Bak duit tu nada tegas cum lembut sket.
Tapi hubby tabah je. Kekeke. Ye lah, you made the rules kan, so, sila bagi another notes for me so I can buy more stuff.
$5 memang tak boleh guna. So do 50 cents. Yang lain boleh guna freely.
It's good jugak, kalau tak sepi je tabung tu. Asyik isi coins je. But after years of marriage, I can see my hubby's shopping habits. If he wants them, he'll buy them. If no, but you reallyyyyyyy want them, you really have to try hard to convince him. Tu yang kadang-kadang KL trip only the kecik and me. Sebab I is cannot tahan with the husband yang, 'Ala, tak payah beli lah, orang dah banyak dah socks/baju/pants/etc'. If the kecik and I, senang je. Kita main amek je apa yang berkenan, tapi make sure dekat departure, buat muka kesian, so, nanti banyak dapat. Lolss.
Tapi.
This one man, macam ada bajet. Bukan bajet belanjawan negara or apa ke yang like, okay $500 for barang-barang dapur. No. We don't have specific amount for expenses. Dulu lagi lah, you know how much I can spend? Only 10% from his income. Only 10% can touch. Others, cannot. Haaa, kejam takkkkkkk. Hahaaha. Tapi, andai kata tersasar sket, it'll go to, 'Oh, this is for business account'. Hehe.
Now pun macam tu. Contoh, if he said, okay, this month guna $200 je, not more than that, haa, memang yang tu je lah. Cannot go tru anymore dah. If I said, alaaaa, nak guna jugak. And he'll said, 'Okay, tunggu gaji'. Duhhh, gaji apa nyaaa. You ingat I tak tau password banking you? Ingat I tak boleh check balance acc berapa? Haha. Bunyi macam takde duit je tunggu gaji gaji. But I think I know why. In a way, he's telling me, now we're on salary basis not business income basis. So, if you can't fit into salary basis, make your own business.
So, that's what I did.
Tapi.
I did something wrong.
Modal pun hubby yang keluarkan, untung pun I yang spent. So, how now brown cow? Asyik-asyik if nak take new stock, hubby juga yang jadi mangsa and I kept the profit to myself. Kalau tokei kayu balak pun boleh bankrap cenggini. So, for my next projects (insyaAllah), I told my husband siap-siap,
: For what I'll earn, I'll keep the money/the profit. I'll not use them even one ringgit pun. Don't touch the money.
Husband,
: Wah! Bagus! Okayyy!
Tapi I sambung,
: Tapi, if orang nak shopping, beli barang and apa, orang akan minta dengan sayang juga. Hahaha.
: Hu..
: Yelahhhh, you've got salary kan. Kalau orang tak spent, siapa yang nak habiskan barang-barang kat kedai tu. Kesiannnn barang-barang tu semua berdebu kat kedai.
Hehe.
Jangan ikut perangai ini adik-adik.
Ini perangai orang dah kahwin bertahun-tahun. Dah upside down tergolek terbang semua altogether.
Still, I know the husband will stick with his rule, if he said only can use $50 per month, haa, itu je lah boleh guna. Jangan nak lebih-lebih even if it's for own interest/things/venture.
Oh.
I memang ada ciri-ciri materialistik. I never paid for anything during our dating time. All paid by him. Hehe. Ehhh. I memang 17 sokmo, and he.. Well, matured enough to have cheque books, so, the sayangness lah yang bayar. Haha. Guys, don't worry. I'm not after you money pun. I'm after what's my share with my own husband je. Hehhe.
Nite and have a great day ahead
