What's so good about this multi multi multi (9x) millionaires, I'll kept them in next (maybe) entry.

What's so interesting is the end of the talk/programme.

Fuh.. Fuh.. And my sayang said those houses kena lelong kt US and they're selling from USD 30K each. Zaman bankrup katanya. Ini bukan scam ye. And my sayang said, beratur panjang semua nak beli rumah.

I cakap la, mesti guna nama company tu (on logic reason,yes la kan, elak cukai) tapi my sayang cakap, semua yg beratur nak register name (siapa nak beli, they'll send tru email pic and details house, nanti baru choose which one yg nak beli), using their personal checks. Fuhh.. Fuh..

Sebab PA tak ikut, so, tak boleh beli. Cuba if I follow sekali, mau I join skali beli rumah mcm gi warehouse sale. Hee..

Talking about houses. For me, the house will be an asset if I dont hv to pay for it. And at the end of the day, the house will be mine. Tu lain cerita la pula. What am trying to say is..

Am kinda looking for rumah?

Kenapa tanda soal? Sebab not that sure tho..

Hari tu ada tengok dekat this one blog, and later I've asked the writer, kat area mana rumah ni? Because am totally dull dah bila masuk bab-bab rumah area KL ni.

And the writer answer is.. Am asking the wrong place. It's better for me asking property agency, in this case, am finding perfect home in nice neighbourhood.

Tgh tahan sabar ni. It's true indeed. Tapi soalan pertama, rumah yg dalam gambar tu area mana. Then baru neighbourhood mana yg elok. Maybe that writer busy. So, it's ok la.

Tapi when the property agency pop up from the writer, make me think.

Ada ke real estate agent yg sarankan the perfect house in great neighbourhood? Ada ke? Bukan semua duk melobi their own company ada bau-bau bawang with the neighbourhood, baru promote sungguh-sungguh?

Back then, Botanic is good. Well, at that time, still only 2 of us. The kecik belum wujud. Tapi memang I kureng skit. Nun jauh dekat Port Klang. Dah la muka ni memang hari-hari suka menapak kat shopping complex, masa tu, Jusco Bukit Tinggi tu, belum nampak batang besi pun. Tanah pun belukar lagi.

Am not feeling me there, actually. Hahaa.. Tabah je la ye sayang, if you're reading this. Tapi, still I love the environment. Cantik tu memang la. Macam duduk dalam kebun bunga. Tapi I love KL more.

After Botanic, Pantai Hillpark, then Alam Damai and next was Wangsa Maju.

I love Pantai Hillpark. Centrio yg bawah tu pun ok. Am thinking buying them. Entah ada lagi ke tak. My sayang keen with the Centrio tapi masa tu, batang besi pun baru cucuk. Not sure boleh siap ke tak. Kang mau terbengkalai, rugi je. One tip, carilah bangunan yg dah siap. Memang la mahal tapi it's much better than rumah tak siap-siap, then kena topup here and there lagi. Hu.. Penat.

bangsar it's more me, I guess. Alam Damai tu lebih kurang Botanic, tapi sebab dekat Cheras kan. So.. Tak into sangat. Seingat I, berapa malam je I tidur kat rumah Alam Damai tu. The rest of it, we're staying at hotel. At that time, my sayang's works need him to travel. So, I follow je la. Tapi alternate weekends mesti kena ada kat KL, as masa tu handle class.

And now, I duk risik-risik houses. Asking Cik Esah. This are my specs :

Taknak rumah yg byk tol mcm Cik Esah's house (nak pergi rumah Cik Esah memang kena bayar tol. Ingat I rajin ke sedekah kat tol tu? Mcm tak bagi org dtg rumah selalu je. Hu..)

And tak nak rumah dalam area hutan.

And housing area yg Cik Esah bagi, semua dalam hutan. Haih.. Macam I kerja dalam hutan mcm dia je. Cari rumah utk dumped all the stuff je. Senang shopping. Tak payah angkut ke hulur ke hilir. He..

There's one.. Bukit Jelutong. Tapi I kurang berkenan. Sorry la ye siapa ada rumah situ. Different people, different taste. In finding the perfect house, money is not the main point.

I love to see the kecik running here and there dalam rumah or dalam kawasan luar pagar rumah. I love the one lantai house. Faham? Rumah setingkat je. Tak payah naik tangga or lif or anything to do with height. I love a spacious kitchen. Senang nak masak nasi dagang (ehem.. ehem). I love a house with a big yard. Haa.. Mana nak cari nowadays if tak juta-juta. Haih.. Ni yg kena bodek lebih my sayang ni.

So, is there any good house out there? Yang dekat area KL? Tak kisah la apartment ke apa ke (tapi tak nak la apartment yg satu floor je dah ada lebih 20 houses, tu kepadatan tinggi melampau-lampau tu). Anyone? Cadangan?

oh. If one day I buat rumah sendiri. I'll hire one of my friends design rumah. Nak design minimalist tapi kebabom tp harga utk design, tak la mencekik tuan rumah ye? He..

Talking about arkitek. Hari tu we went for swimming with our Indonesian friends. Diaorg naik satu kereta with us. Then on the wat tu ternampak la satu rumah ni, design moden. I cakap la kat my sayang..

> Oh. Cantik rumah tu. Moden je kan design. Bukan macam design rumah Raja Siam. Macam dalam studio pun ada.

Sekali, the Indonesian's wife jawab..

> Oh. Suka style minimalist ye. Nanti boleh la suruh Irman design.

Haa.. Terus terpegun. Tu dia. If talking about design with an architect's wife, mesti la keluar words yg canggih tu. Cuba suruh I. Tak moden look, simple, tak pun moden lagi. Hee..

I want a house that feel warm. Because of the design. The people inside the house, make the house feel love.

G's couple house memang warm. I love them. Especially the living room or the family. Macam sorok-sorok skit. Plus it's kebawah skit. So, the privacy there. The kids pun lepak there masa the father tengok F1 = D

But the most, the living area kat atas. Cum tempat solat if ada majlis, if am not mistaken? I love the curve, the window and the floor. Memang cantik. For me, the house will be perfect, if ada ruang utk solat jemaah. Fuhh.. Syokness. Main bedroom tak sempat masuk. My sayang je. Tapi my sayang said cantik. If my sayang cakap cantik, means memang cantik. One high taste person. I think my sayang felt in love with the big windows in the main bedroom. Dari bawah lagi dah nampak. Feeling duduk mansion = D

Tapi for now, any house will do. Or any neighbourhood. Nanti I usha.
