The husband adalah seorang manusia yang adik-beradik ulat buku. He loves books very much! Tu yang berjangkit sampai anak teruna pun suka buku. Pantang nampak buku kat bookstore..

: Mommy! (smileeeeeeee) Boookk! Boook! Yeay! Book!

: Eh. Hari tu mommy dah beli kan.

Kejadian selepas tu tak perlu diceritakan. Yang pasti budak-budak bookstore tu memang dah cam sangat dengan seorang budak yang suka-pakai-short-with-long-sleeves-tolak-pintu-kaca-kedai-sambil-berlari-lari.

So far I dont have any problems with bookdepository. Order, pay then within 2 weeks dah sampai. Tapi kena pergi ambil kat post office.

The only problem. Eh.. Two actually.

First.

Masa nak beli 2 buku ni, I've been trying to place order and make payment for countless times. Still tapi approved. Nothing wrong with the payment. Dah call bank and all. Tapi bank cakap tak ada masalah. Puas den risik sana sini. Tanya Kak Ann and Nisha. Wondering kenapa jadi macam ni. Pung pang pung pang, still tak boleh. Almost a week, still tak dapat order. And masa yang i try order, tak dapat-dapat tu, masa tu tengah havoc with gunung berapi meletup kat Iceland and all.

Once dah macam reda sikit.. Eh.. Elok je boleh place order and make payment. With the same method and details yang sama masa I try last week. Try the week before tak dapat. The following week baru dapat order. Cessss! Buat tak tenteram jiwa je. So for both book, almost USD 20. Murah la babe. Buku baru and cantik. Siap bubble wrap lagi.

Sophie Kinsella's tu je dah berapa kat sini. I got the book for USD 11. Yeah.. I know. Kat UK or US lagi murah. Tapi den bukan duduk sana haa nak pi selongkar buku at bookstore or even Amazon ke apa ke. Masuk part buku Bon adalah kelakar. I paid for USD 8 plus for the red book. Bila sampai buku tu, tengok-tengok, USD 7.99! Tak apa la. Kira extra one dollar tu postage la. Wrapping ke apa ke. Tapi for that price, I got a full colour book. Kertas pun tebal-tebal.

Bon loves them so much. Hari-hari duk belek. Together with other books.

And one more problem adalah bila masuk part nak ambil buku.

After two weeks (working days) placing my order, the husband cakap ada card kat office. Asking for taking the parcel at main post office. I lagi la blur..

: Eh. Kat mana yang?

: Ala.. Nanti sayang masuk kiri, kiri then nampak la.

: Haa? Kat dentist Bon ke?

: Bukan. Ni yang dekat traffic light tu.

: Traffic light?

: Ye la. Kat traffic light tu, kiri and kiri. Nanti jumpa la. Orang nak pergi meeting ni. Ok. Bye. Love you.

Eh.

Ini ikut jalan mana kiri kiri ni. Garmin tak dok wehhh. Cuba bagi landmark ke apa ke. Traffic light mana entah. As far I know kat area office gomen tu memang banyak traffic light. So, petang tu the kecik and me pun pergi mencari post office. Nyaris masuk balai bomba okeh. Hee.. Ye la. I ingat tu post office. Tinggi semacam je. Rupa-rupanya post office next to the office yang the husband selalu pergi meeting. Laaa.. Cakap je la sebelah bangunan ni je. Yang ni den tau laa. Selama ni I ingat bangunan post office tu adalah building kedai-kedai. Rupanya building post office. Rendah semacam je. Hikss..

Dah pass the card kat officer tu, tunggu sekejap then officer tu ambil parcel. Lepas tu kena pergi next kaunter. Kaunter kastam. Terus rasmi buka parcel kat situ. Dah buka, orang kastam tu tengok je, itu adalah buku, suruh pergi next kaunter pula. Kaunter for copyright ke apa. Kaunter-kaunter ni adalah berderet. Bukan jauh sangat pun. Sederet. Macam kaunter 1,2,3. Tapi yang I pergi mula-mula, kaunter 2, for taking the parcel, then 1, for kastam, then 3 for copyright.

Leceh je la. Nak kena buka ikat-ikat, bubble wrap semua kat each counter. Nasib baik den beli 2 buku je. Ada yang tu, her friend kirim perfume. Satu je pun. Pun kena buka wrap and all. Ish. Ini gaya tak boleh lah nak jual handbags. Kang kastam minta tax banyakkkkk! Nasib baik buku den tak kena tax. If kena, mau I return balik buku tu. Hee..
